Services
We offer evidence-based online psychological therapy to support mental health, emotional wellbeing, and personal growth. Our online psychology sessions are delivered via Zoom or Microsoft Teams, making support secure, accessible, and easy to attend from wherever you are. With evening and weekend appointments available, you can get the support you need without sacrificing work, family time, or the things you enjoy.
In addition to online therapy, we provide support work that helps individuals stay connected to their community, build independence, and enhance their quality of life.
Whether you’re seeking online therapeutic support or in-person practical assistance, we ensure support is tailored to your needs, values, and goals.
Complimentary Meet & Greet Phone Call (15 Minutes)
Taking the first step towards support can feel overwhelming, and we’re here to help ease these initial nerves.
If you’re uncertain about whether online psychological counselling or in-person support work is the right step for you, we offer a complimentary meet and greet phone call.
It’s a relaxed opportunity to ask any questions about our service and to assess if we’re the right fit, without any pressure to move forward.
Initial Psychology Appointment (50 Minutes)
All new clients at The Clear Minds Hub that wish to commence online psychological counselling are required to complete an initial assessment consultation.
This session will highlight information such as developmental history, family, relationships, medical history, coping mechanisms and recent life events. In this consultation, we will work together to develop collaborative goals to focus on each consultation moving forward.
Ongoing Psychological Counselling (50 Minutes)
The 50-minute session is our most common and recommended appointment for those on their psychological counselling journey.
In each subsequent appointment following the initial assessment appointment, together with your online psychologist, you will work towards the goals and plan developed in the initial consultation.
Check In Psychology Appointment (30 Minutes)
If you have a busy schedule or prefer a shorter appointment, our check-in sessions offer a time-efficient way to continue with your support.
This appointment type may not be suitable for everyone, and your online psychologist will generally require sufficient time to assess your needs effectively, in order to work towards the therapy goals.
Support Work (60 Minutes)
Support work focuses on assisting you with daily activities, community participation and meaningful engagement in everyday life.
Whether you’re navigating daily challenges or seeking extra support, our support worker is here to help.
