Referring To Our Service

We are committed to offering tailored support and options for your clients. Our goal is to provide exceptional, highly personalised care, working collaboratively with referrers to best support each individual.

Below, you’ll find information to help answer questions about the referral process and how we work with clients throughout their journey with The Clear Minds Hub.

What Referrals Do We Accept?
For our psychology counselling service, there is little to no wait period for most appointment times and appointments are available via Telehealth. We accept referrals for children, adolescents, and adults seeking support for a range of concerns including trauma, neurodevelopmental disorders, therapeutic support, and mental health support.

We work with:

  • Individuals

  • Clients with NDIS funding: self-managed and plan-managed

  • Sessions via telehealth for psychological counselling

  • In-person support work available across Melbourne

  • Further information on the areas of presentations we support can be accessed here

Referrals for Medicare

    • The reason for the referral

    • Details of the client’s presentation
