Your Questions, Answered.

  • We offer online psychology counselling, allowing anyone in Australia to access mental health support.

We also offer in person support work  within the suburbs of Melbourne.

  • To start your journey to mental wellness, you may consider getting a Mental Health Care Plan referral by your Doctor. This will allow you to claim back $98.95 per session through Medicare. Alternatively, you’re welcome to start your journey privately or under NDIS (self-managed or plan-managed), if you have a valid NDIS plan.

Our support work services can be accessed either through NDIS funding or privately, depending on your needs.

  • Your privacy is a top priority. We provide counselling services within a strict ethical framework and are committed to creating a safe, supportive environment.

There are, however, some situations where confidential information may need to be disclosed:

    • With your consent.

    • When there is a legal obligation to do so.

    • If there is an immediate risk of harm to yourself or others that can only be prevented by sharing information.

  • You can contact us on 0421 322 047 or admin@theclearmindshub.com.au.

  • We understand that life happens and there are often valid reasons for needing to cancel or reschedule.

Whenever possible, please provide more than 48 hours notice to avoid fees and allow the appointment to be offered to others on the waitlist. For Monday appointments, notice should be given by Friday.

If you are running late, please call or text to let us know.

  • Online sessions allow you to connect from the comfort of your home and provide flexibility on where and when you have your consultation. While face-to-face therapy provides a supportive, neutral space for your mental health needs.

Research shows that telepsychology can be as effective as in-person therapy for many people, though it may not suit everyone.

If you’re unsure whether online therapy is right for you, we recommend booking a Complimentary Meet & Greet Phone Call to ask any questions and to experience Telehealth (phone calls).

  • Sara, our support worker, provides services across Melbourne’s south-east suburbs and inner-city areas.

  • Both Ana and Sara can support self-managed and plan-managed participants to achieve the goals and outcomes outlined in the NDIS plans.

  • With telehealth, you can access therapy from wherever you are, without the stress of travel or tight schedules. Studies show that online sessions are as effective as face-to-face therapy, offering flexible, private, and convenient support.
